Deliveries
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. However, please allow an additional 7-14 days for delivery within North America, 30-45 days for countries outside of North America, and 3-4 weeks for products shipped directly from the manufacturer.
For items with signature(s), please add 21 business days to the waiting times mentioned above.
Additional shipping fees may be added to the basic fees for remote areas of Canada as well as for international shipments. Any customs fees incurred by the package must be paid by the customer.
Merchandise is subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, merchandise may be returned to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted on merchandise that has been worn, altered, washed, or without original tags. A personalized sweater is considered altered merchandise and is therefore a final sale; please ensure that the model, size, color, and personalization ordered are accurate.
Please include a copy of your invoice, a note explaining the reason for the return, a telephone number where we can contact you during the week. We also ask that you send us the tracking number by email. Please note that the original shipping charges are not refundable.
